Here in Auto Minima we try to describe as accurately as possible the articles we publish. Always read the description carefully, the answer to your question may be there.
In any case, for issues related to shipping (or very specific questions about the product), you must contact the seller through the platform where the product is published in origin (for example, on ebay).
In general, we recommend to contact the seller in their native language. If this is not possible, we recommend to do it in English or use an online translator.
I can’t find a specific product, how can I contact Auto Minima?
If you cannot find a specific product, for example a car in a particular colour or scale, please contact us and we will do our best to find the product you are looking for. Our contact channels are email info@autominima.com or Whatsapp (+34 960 036 405), at our usual hours.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are reflected in the platform of origin (for example, on ebay). These may vary from one product to another depending on the seller (or even be free depending on your location).
Please note that for some countries import tariffs and other customs charges may apply which may not be fully reflected at the time of product checkout.
Purchase issues
In Auto Minima we make sure to select sellers with a high degree of satisfaction among their customers. However, problems can always arise.
Whether the product has been delivered but does not match its description, or if delivery time takes too long, we recommend to contact the seller through the platform of origin where you purchased the product. Ensuring you do it on time is the best way to reach a mutual solution.
If a friendly resolution is not possible, you can always rely on the buyer’s protection policy from the platforms we work with. Turn to them to find a definitive solution (note that Auto Minima is not responsible for any incident with the sellers or platforms we collaborate with).
How can I submitt a comments to a seller?
Auto Minima does not have this service yet. But we always recommend to evaluate your purchases on our partner platforms (for example, on ebay). We can confirm this way that the products we select for you at Auto Minima are offered by trusted sellers.
The way to do it is similar on every platform and you will probably receive a email asking you to comment and evaluate your experience.
We also recommend leaving useful and constructive comments:
- Use a friendly and polite tone. If there is an issue with the order, contact the seller before leaving a negative feedback. The seller may be able to help you solve the problem. Working together to find a solution often turns a complicated situation into a truly positive experience.
- Do not use insulting language, neither harassing, discriminatory or inappropriate.
- Do not include any personal data (names, addresses or phone numbers) in your comments.
How can I track my order?
The tracking service is entirely up to the seller. In most cases we choose vendors that provide this tool, but we cannot guarantee it.
Follow the usual instructions for tracking codes and, in the case that the seller offers it in its shipments, you will receive all the information through your e-mail.
